The poster was created as a satire after ballot papers prepared by the National Election Commission ran out during the recent local elections, causing voting delays at several polling stations.

It remade a familiar Korean "Go Vote" campaign poster by removing only one element—the ballot paper. That single change turned a well-known voting message into a criticism of the election authority.

The work was displayed as a protest installation in front of the National Election Commission headquarters and was later covered by major Korean news media.
